MNH Birdwalks:
Winter in Providence
Join as us we explore the diversity of resident and migrant birds that
inhabit Roger Williams Park when it is enshrouded in winter’s still
embrace. Buffleheads, hooded mergansers, and common goldeneye stay as
long as there is open water. We may also see ruby-crowned kinglets,
yellow-rumped warblers, cedar waxwings, red-bellied woodpeckers, and
much, much, more.
