TRIGGS MEMORIAL GOLF COURSE
Triggs golf course is owned by the Parks Department and operated by a private vendor under a lease agreement. Home to several major local and regional tournaments each year, Triggs was designed by Donald Ross in the 1920's and is acknowledged as one of the best municipal golf courses in New England. Over 50,000 rounds of golf are played a year on the course which has lower rates for seniors and Providence residents.
